Boston College is my dream school, and I am exploring the idea of going to either Bucknell or Providence for the year, and then transferring to Boston College ... First, academic fit. Outside of the engineering kids, the majority the kids that we came across seemed very focused on packaging themselves for finance, law, and other wall-street type jobs – and it is clear to me that, if that’s where you are headed, Bucknell is a really good place to be.Apr 7, 2008 · I’m pre-med, have taken the MCAT, and have applied to medical school. I’ll be interviewing in the fall. Overall, I’m satisfied with Bucknell. I had a 3.7 GPA, which is a little bit above average for MD schools. I did the JanPlan at Geisinger, which was arranged through Bucknell. .
